I run City Car Driving with the highest settings to everything and 8x antialiasing. I can run it with 100% traffic and 100% pedestrian just fine. My computers specs are:
OS: Windows 10
Processor: AMD FX-8370 Black Edition (8-Core)
Graphics: AMD Radeon R7 260X
RAM: 16GB
Hard Drive: 2TB

The processor is the highest AMD processor you can buy; the graphics card is only medium level, but it runs City Car Driving great. I just bought this computer 2 weeks ago. I'm sure the computer could run City Car Driving great even with lower level items, especially a processor.

Hard Drive: 2TB
Driving Wheel: Logitech Driving Force GT

The FX-9590 is the highest tier AMD CPU. Also, why the 260x instead of a 370 or something just a bit more expensive?

That's just what I decided on. I wanted a good graphics card, but not an expensive one. They're easily replaceable, so eventually if I want a new one, I can upgrade.

I just looked up the processors on their site. It looks like I spent more than I should've. The one I got isn't as good, but is more expensive.

I've looked at different parts over the last few months and I think I will be going with an i5 with 16gb ram and a 750ti 2gb. Hopefully CCD will run pretty good on this. I've not completely decided yet though.

Don't get a 750 TI. Never. Get at least a GTX 960 or 970 4GB. There's not a big price gap and you'd get a lot better GPU.

This is a lie. Utter lite. The 750ti is still the best bang for your buck GPU on the market. A 950 would be a little bit better, but for the price, the 750ti is fantastic.

You could get a EVGA 740 4GB GDDR5 for only $100

Might do you better than a 750ti for a slightly cheaper price.

Anything below a 750ti is trash for gaming.
