Gameguy 2 OFFLINE Guru Not very active on the forum nowadays. Posts: 950 Thank you received: 139	Same. I get 25-30 fps in New City when everything is maxed out with 20% Traffic and Pedestrian density. In Old City I get 40-120 fps.

The New City has been around for only a couple years and they haven't had as much time to optimize it and develop it.
