Nevermind. Yeah, the RX 480 is your best best. The one I linked above is perfect, and right in budget.

1060 is more expensive if you want 60 fps.

But you said the 480 could do 60 fps anyway so that's a better option for me

I would just go with the RX480. It's an excellent performer and has a great low price. It's right up there with the latest and greatest NVIDIA cards.

It also depends on what resolution you are playing on. What I can tell you is that I own a rx480 and it runs very well, better than my expectations. I wanted to go with a gtx 980ti, but I found the rx480 at a very good price so I bought it, and I don't regret it :).
