I would recommend the OP get this card here. It's a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mini.
It recommends 300w, it's 4GB Dedicated GDDR5 and the new generation gaming card will last you for some years. No card is going up to $250 that is good for your processor. If you ever plan on upgrading your processor for a low cost, I'd go with the AMD FX 8350 Black Edition.
