I would recommend the OP get this card here. It's a ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mini.
It recommends 300w, it's 4GB Dedicated GDDR5 and the new generation gaming card will last you for some years. No card is going up to $250 that is good for your processor. If you ever plan on upgrading your processor for a low cost, I'd go with the AMD FX 8350 Black Edition.

Here is the link to the card:

NO, NO, NO, NO!

Firstly, the FX line is vastly outdated. Secondly, his CPU is right in the range of the RX 480 (my friend has the same CPU and a 480). You will need a new power supply, and those run for pretty cheap. I recommend EVGA. There are plenty of YouTube tutorials on how to install that.

I will never get a Radeon CG again. 2 Radeons broke on my computer(then bought gtx650 and it has been fine for like 3 or 4 years). My friend's Radeon card also broke. I think that these problems were caused by overheating and very poor cooling. I don't know about their newer models, but older ones had quite bad cooling.

He could, but I do not recommend that. He won't have enough money for the RX 480 and a 450w power supply, he's under a $250 limit. Also, for a $60 price difference between the 2 cards and the little performance difference. The GTX 1050 Ti Mini is around the same performance as the RX 470 btw.

I'm getting really confused,everyone.

Second, I'm under the $250 limit for the card, I looked up 450w power supply, I saw it for $45. That's doable.

What's wrong the the fx card line?
Also, I just want the cheapest graphics card that can do 60fps! Lol. It doesn't have to cost $250, it doesn't need to be the best, just needs to do better that my Intel 530, and run 60fps or at least close! :)
