If everyone doesn't like it when mods are leaked (like me) , and really good modders are considering leaving the modding over it, why do people post it on the forum for everyone to see, including the download link! most, are likely download it, so isn't That's just promoting the leak???

100% True, but if we don't post them everybody will say this game sucks because there aren't any new mods, and since there is steamworkshop you can download them there anyway so we can try to post nothing on the forum, but then people will download it from other sites. but there is also a other side of the story, I don't support mod leaking but about denis I don't care at all if he thinks that we leak his mods (wich isn't possible at alle since he never sold it to people outside Russia) and don't want to sell to us. i'm still downloading his mods if i get the chance to.

There are more modders that don't sell to people outside Russia and I think you made this post after my post of the Ford Focus 3 wich I understand if thats the case, but he doesn't sell to people outside Russia or atleast not anymore.

I agree if they have a reason to not have Paypal then i accept that it should not be leaked. What i can look forward to i to if that mod is paid only and theres no way for me to buy i will wait until if theres a mod made for free again or if it gets leaked then i will download it but if i can buy i will buy no problem i will definitely not refuse there.

Not selling outside of Russia is not selling to an extremely minimal part of the active user base for City Car Driving. They don't deserve to be punished because of the way they choose to distribute goods. That's capitalism.
