If you didn't already know, Fiat-Chrysler has to now pay billions of dollars because of emissions. Remind you of anything

COUGH the VW group who owns: Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Skoda, Seat, Porsche, and Bugatti. COUGH

Fiat-Chrysler owns: Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Ferrari, and SRT. Quite large auto groups.

I simply don't get why big corporations need to cheat on these sorts of things. It's not hard to squeeze power out of an engine and get good emissions with how good engines are getting now.

They simply want to decrease their cost as much as possible. I think they feel like they won't get caught (which VW didn't for quite some time), but eventually, they all will. But maybe after 2 incidences, companies will stop risking it.

Quite. Any company will cut corners to make quick buck. GM is or has done it at some point probably.

GM did it back when the US started requiring seatbelts to be put in cars long ago. They argued...and argued. They never got their way. But all that for a few extra dollars made off each car. Really, GM?

you guys are all 12, 13 or 14 years old you guys only read what's in the paper or in the news. but if you would read some investagations and interviews you will notice thats america is just being stupid. we don't even care here in europe, we already knew about this all car brands do it (YES GCF also MB) its 2017 everybody is already supprised that humans made it so far this is not a big deal nobody cares about it only america but hey they still drive those huge trucks they must be electric.... bullsh!t america needs to stop crying about it.
