TOPIC: Download link not working

Hi! I just purchased a license but I can't seem to get the download link working. On Firefox I get a 'page not found' error message, and on Chrome I do get a download button for mirror version 2, but then I get a 'file downloaded too many times' error message. I can't open the other two (full version and mirror 1).

Anyone who knows a workaround or anyone who knows what's the problem?

I've got a new HP Spectre, I doubt the computer is part of the issue.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

I am also seeing the issue with the first link and Mirror #1. However, Mirror #2 appears to be working fine.

I have looked online, and it does seem like the issue can occur when multiple people access the link, and then it will work fine after a while. Perhaps it works now.
