English is a vast language with loads of quirks. Unless you live in England and you have done some kind of university degree in England, you'll never know everything about English. I accept that I don't know everything about English, and in fact, I've never really thought about why things are done a certain way, I just did it, no questions asked, so I did have some difficulty explaining it  I've done well though :)

I remember complaining about French once and then realized that English is actually quite a complicated language, with many complicated rules (e.g "ph" in "photo" if an "F" sound)

To be honest when I was learning English some things have been explained to me in a bit different way. For example "a" and "the" usage. When speaking with native language speakers you may know much new. :)

This is not the most confused issue in English. :)

English is standard in our schools, yet I still have a lot to learn  .

The irony-when speaking of complicated mistakes in English, you make some.

"For example "a" and "the" usage." should be "For example, the usage of "a" and "the".

Because "the" usage" could be interested as "the usage (e.g the usage of something, not the usage of the word "the"), it would be far better to place "usage" at the beginning, and it should be at the begging anyway, as that just sounds right to me, but I can't recall a specific reason or rule, it just is.

The problem with giving examples on hard parts of English is that to a native speaker like me you see most of the most difficult sections as normal, because you know them and always have.

citycardriving.com/history
Near the last line:
ORIGINAL: At present "City Car Driving" driving simulator is continuing its developing.
CORRECTION: At present "City Car Driving" driving simulator is continuing its development.

People already know that CCD is a driving simulator, so no need to keep saying it like:
"The "City Car Driving" car simulator..."
"The car driving simulator 'City Car Driving'..."
Maybe you can say it like that in the FAQ or in the commonly visited areas of the site, but not everywhere in the site ;) .

I have an error or any other serious problem. Actions described above haven't helped me. What should I do now?

I learned about this common mistake in school
ORIGINAL: 4. The Home Edition of our car simulator presented on our website cannot be used for commercial purposes.
CORRECTION: 4. The Home Edition of our car simulator presented on our website may not be used for commercial purposes.

"Can" or "cannot" expresses possibility, while "may" or "may not" expresses permission. In this case, it is possible to use the Home Edition for commercial purposes, if one breaks the license rules, but it's not allowed.

Minor typo (I think you know what it's supposed to be):
- If you wush to use our simulator for commercial purposes, please read about the commercial license - here.

Should be:
"You can buy one here", not "You can buy the here" Unless you meant to say "You can buy THEM here"

No, it would be "by one", not "them"

"You can buy one here" is correct, as you said.
