ORIGINAL: The car simulator "City Car Driving" is not a free game. If you wish to use it, you should buy a serial number for it. You can buy the one here - citycardriving.com/buy/citycardriving

CORRECTION: The car simulator "City Car Driving" is not a free game. If you wish to use it, you should buy a serial number for it. You can buy the one here - citycardriving.com/buy/citycardriving
Should be:
"You can buy one here", not "You can buy the here" Unless you meant to say "You can buy THEM here"
Oops... I meant "You can buy one here" . I guess I really need to wear my glasses when using the internet  .

I have an error or any other serious problem. Actions described above haven't helped me. What should I do now?

Well... I'm not sure about this. I think "the" is still needed there. Is there any other opinion?

I think both variants are suitable.

And I've fixed all the rest. Thanks for your notes, Jericho. :)

I learned about this common mistake in school
By the way, as I remember "learn" is a irregular verb. So it should be learnt, not learned. :)

No, you don't use "The" before Windows. Jericho's suggestion is correct :)

I noticed that in the gallery, the images labeled "1.3" are just the images from 1.2 just renamed to 1.3. It would be better if we had some screenshots showing 1.3 graphics and cars, right and left hand traffic, and everything else that we can show off with 1.3. I also think the screenshots should be more convincing, with nice angles and zoom that show off the full glory of City Car Driving 1.3 :) .

One more suggestion that probably won't happen unless our community gets bigger, but I hope it will happen in the future :) :
Maybe we could have a photo sharing website like World of Trucks by SCS Software. In case you didn't know, that site is a place for players of Euro Truck Simulator 2 to show off their best screenshots of the game with mods, scenery, trucks, cars, anything to show off the greatness of Euro Truck Simulator 2. Would be nice if we had the same for City Car Driving. It doesn't have to be a separate website with a different domain name. It could just be another part of the Screenshots / Gallery section of the CCD website. It could be called "Community Screenshots". I know we have something like this in the Offtopic section of the forum, but it would be better if we could rate them, upvote or downvote them, comment on them, have an Editor's pick or a "screenshot of the day" and "Best rated images". We can't do that in the InGame screenshots thread in the Offtopic section. All we can do there is post images and post replies as comments.
