Use an image hosting site like tiny pic or something. Then just copy the bbcode to the forum.

I use iceimg.com/ because it is quick and easy (It's in Russian, all you need to click is the big white button). Just make sure you have the picture saved, and you can upload it and copy the BBcode to the forum and it will create a pic:



Simple.
