Case of RusSiken's termination

On 12/28/14 my client RusSiken31 was banned from the city Car Driving forum for:
: Theft of content (mods) and racism in the thread "Audi A8 by RusSiken31" by calling Russians "Insert here)

On 12/29/14 I was informed that RusSiken31 was banned. I was also informed that Jericho, the Forum
Administration of the City Car Driving forum made the following statement.jericho wrote:

are NOT copyright material of DragoN777. They are indivusally owned by Audi, Mercedes, and BMW/Mini.

I am also aware that all 3 mods are illegal in both the United States, Russia, and Germany.
The forum chief, Kivlov even admits that even free mods are illegal. Now why would the forum have ANY
thing to do with 3-party content? Were they threatened? The mods and other player made DLC shouldn't
even be in a connection with the City Car Driving company itself.

On behalf of the suspected Racial slurs that were said by my client, RusSiken31, I have to say,
RusSiken31 didn't even recieve a warning. Another forum member insulted the country, The United States
Of America and didn't receive any type of punishment which violates the following rule:

RusSiken31 may have violated A rule, however that should not equal a ban. Jericho,
on the other hand has violated several FEDERAL level rules including privacy infringement by displaying
the location of my client, RusSiken31's country by stating that "RusSiken31 lives in the states"

That also violates several forum rules. (Privacy invasion is considered harassment)
1.4. We don't tolerate any harassing, insulting or disrespecting against forum members.
2.1. Racist, sexist, hateful or any other post that the staff of this forum determine to be not
suitable will be deleted and the member may be banned.
2.2. Posts should be made in the correct forum and also be on topic.
2.3. Posts should be made in line with the "Internet etiquette".

I, and several other forum members would greatly appreciate it if my client, RusSiken31 was unbanned
for "Theft and Racism". From what I know, Saying "Russians are (insert here)" shouldn't be considered
Racism. It may be hurtful to Russians, but its essential stating that the majority, or from what my
client knows, are (Insert here). I feel that it can be stated as disrespect, but none other
then only disrespect.

As far as I know
He disrespected my friend (I am not going to say any names). He got banned for stealing mods from two modders (Blackmod and DragoN777) then he made another account and named it DragaN777 as an attempt to escape ban. The account got banned.
Now he says that his ip is private. No his ip is public because everyone is being logged because the server reads the ip which Easily can be tracked backed to the host. Jericho didn't say where you live he only said that you are in the US. And if free mods were illegal this forum wouldn't probably exist

I agree. How can the moderator ban RusSiken31 because theft/fraud without any proof? RusSiken31 did the right thing by making those mods free.

RusSiken31 should be unbanned.

Ok, let's say he didn't steal the. Even if he hadn't done that, he would still have been banned because of his racist and hateful remarks. An example:
