I shall repeat my appeal for a mod request topic disclaimer!
There needs to be a disclaimer warning every new member that mod requests are totally useless!
It might decrease the number of requests.

Maybe the name of the Mod Requests section can be changed to 'Mod Requests That Wont Be Accepted Anyway' :P

But people will just ignore is or worse, misread it and go "Oh My they are taking Mod Requests now! All the more reason to flood the Mod Requests section with!"

Exactly.

Even if you have massive floating message that pops up when you go anywhere on the forum, with air raid alarms and big red text, telling you that mod requests will never, ever, for the remainder of the universe, be made, the people who post mod requests will ignore it and thus proceed to post their request.

It's very clear for anyone who spends a minute in the mod section that mod requests won't be made, a disclaimer won't stop them.

tl;dr A disclaimer will be ignored/not seen

Yes do that! I have to look at the stupidity of people to clear it out.

I will ONLY say this ONE MORE TIME. All mod makers are RUSSIAN, and they're almost NEVER on this forum, instead, they're on the Russian forum. So, with that being said, they only take the requests from the Russian forum.
6 years on the forum, not very active, but I am still glad to help.
