I partly agree with both of you. Sometimes a question has just been asked several times and I don't think making a new topic is really relevant then. When it's just a dumb quesiton like 'link doesent work helpme plz' you defenititely shouldn't bump the topic. (Also shouldn't make a new topic in this case but just an example)
I don't find bumping topics with a necessary post really annoying unless it's a pointless post.
Love Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin and basically any British or German car brand.
